All payments made to Doctechdigital are for professional services and are non-refundable once a project has begun. Each project requires time, resources, and strategic planning, which are allocated immediately after confirmation.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started, and no resources or time have been invested.

  • The client cancels the project before the initial design, strategy, or development phase begins.

  • Doctechdigital is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after the project has started.

  • Delays occur due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or late feedback from the client.

  • The project scope changes after work has commenced.

  • Services have been delivered or partially completed as per the agreement.

Custom Services

  • Because all our services — including digital marketing, SEO, content creation, web development, and design — are tailored to each client’s specific requirements, refunds are generally not applicable once the initial work or research has been completed.

Payment Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first at support@doctechdigital.us. We will review your case and make every effort to resolve the issue amicably before considering a refund or partial compensation.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved:

    • It will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

    • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
